John R. Logan - President
John R. Logan is Obian's President. In this role, he brings more than 25 years of experience in helping corporate executives gain a competitive advantage for their firms through the successful deployment of advanced information systems technologies. His groundbreaking book, Evolution Not Revolution: Aligning Technology with Corporate Strategy to Increase Market Value, forms the intellectual basis for Obian's products and services.John holds a BSE in Industrial Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School. |

T. Mark Morley - Chief Operating Officer T. Mark Morley is the company's Chief Operating Officer. He has an extensive management and financial background in high technology, with more than 20 years' experience. Mark served as CFO at Encore Computer Corporation, (NASDAQ), and as CFO at Iomega Corporation, (NYSE).
Prior to joining Obian, he was Executive Vice-president, and CO-COO of ONTOS, Inc., an eBusiness solutions and software company. Mark was also, CFO and Senior Vice President at NewRiver Inc., where he was responsible for guiding the fiscal growth during the turnaround of NewRiver. Before beginning his entrepreneurial career, Mark was the Executive Consultant responsible for M&A at Sensormatic Corporation, (NYSE) a $1 billion fully integrated supplier of electronic security systems. In this role, he completed over $100 million of transactions.
Early in his career, Mark was associated with Deloitte & Touche where he practiced as a CPA. He graduated from Boston College (AB Economics), Boston College Law School (JD), and Harvard Business School (AMP). |

Peter Bohnert - Chief Technology Officer Peter Bohnert is a software engineering executive with a diverse background in Internet content delivery, Supply Chain Management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise applications. As Obian's Chief Technology Officer, he is responsible for the design and delivery of Obian's software solutions. Peter believes strongly that delivering quality software products is an art, mastered through years of experience in software development, team management, executive strategy and building networks of world-class talent. He has held Vice President of Engineering and Product Management positions at Inktomi, Adero, Marcam Solutions and Swift Rivers. Throughout his more than 20 year career, he has succeeded in building and leading software engineering teams that build high quality enterprise software solutions in an agile manner.

Peter Steiner - Senior Vice President of Sales Pete is an accomplished senior sales executive with over 20 years of experience at start-ups and well-established technology companies. As a Region Sales and Marketing manager at Hewlett Packard (NYSE HPC), Pete's real life business education was gained in the environment known as one of the best managed organization in the world. As the 8th employee of Monster (NASDQ MNST) Pete's abilities to build and grow a market leading corporation were added to his HP foundation. His outstanding communication skills are demonstrated by success at presenting business strategy to venture capitalists, conducting sales demonstrations for IPO underwriters, and closing deals with Fortune 500 customers. His leadership skills are demonstrated by success in designing, building and leading best in class sales organizations. He is a proven sales leader with a track record of success at motivating sales forces, implementing effective sales strategies, and ultimately improving the bottom line.
Pete holds a Bachelors degree from Juniata College.

Trum Van Middlesworth - Vice President of Sales, Jupiter Trum Van Middlesworth is Obian's Vice President of Sales for Jupiter, Obian's enterprise information management solution. In this role, he is responsible for the development of Obian’s direct sales force and business channels through enterprise software providers and consulting organizations. Before coming to Obian, Trum was VP of Sales for Bitpipe, where he developed the initial sales force for the core syndication service and then launched the Analyst Direct competitive Information portal for major IT companies. Prior to Bitpipe he was VP of Sales for HST, Inc. a supplier of computer based training to the hospital community. Before moving to Boston he was the Regional Manager for Xerox Learning Systems in Vancouver and began his sales career with IBM in Edmonton Alberta.
Trum majored in marketing and accounting while attending the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Administrative Studies. |

Don Sefton - Vice President of Channel Sales, Emagineering Don Sefton is Obian's Vice President of Channels for Emagineering, Obian's enterprise initiative management solution. In this role, he is responsible for the development of business channels through enterprise software providers and consulting organizations. Prior to joining Obian, Don was the Vice President of Sales for Auspice Corporation, developer of Enterprise Control Technology. Prior to Auspice, Don was Vice President of Sales for Service Metrics, an internet service company offering performance measurement of web sites; and Vice President of Sales at Spatial Technology, a supplier of Geometry modules to CAD vendors. Before that, he served in a number of sales and marketing executive roles with IBM, Precision Visuals and Prime Computer.
Don received both his MBA and his BS degree in Computer Science from Northeastern University in Boston. |
